It's time for...DOGGY/REINDEER dress-up!!!

The whole time that Robin was here she kept saying that Apollo looked like a reindeer. So, I just had to buy a pair of reindeer antlers when I saw them in the store. Now we have Apollo, Jolie and Christy reindeer!!!

Missing my big sister

This house is so damn quiet without my wine-guzzling sister! I miss her and I want her to come back. Here are some pics that Cindy took of us at the airport. I miss you Robin!!! Please move back to Boston :(

And here is a picture of Apollo...he is depressed because his Auntie Robin isn't here to snuggle with him!

How we know Robin is coming in town...

Ladies and Gentlemen...our wine rack is full for the first time that we have been in this house...haha!!! Neither of us drink wine, but we made sure we have a full rack (of wine, that is) for when Senora Robincita arrives!!! The only bottle that is NOT allowed to be consumed is the "Manny Being Merlot" bottle of wine that I bought BEFORE the Red Sox won the World Series. That is officially our "good luck" wine bottle.

Happy 3 Years!!!

Three years ago yesterday, I went on a first date with a woman who is the most amazing woman I have ever met. I had no idea that three years later, I would be reflecting on our first date, our present life together, and all the time in between. I know that three years may not seem that long to my parents, who have been married for 34 years, or Stacey and Brian (11 years) but all the happily married couples were together for only three years at one point. Whether you were together for 6 months, a year, 3 years, 11 years, or 34 years, those feelings remain the same. Every time you look into your significant other's eyes you see and feel the same love that existed at the start. You just know that you have truly found your soul mate.

I love that we have a home together...I love that we have two (soon to be three) dogs together... and I love that Cindy pointed out the fact that for every year we have been together we have adopted another dog...lol. But seriously, I love knowing that I come home to a house filled with the same kind of love that existed in the home I grew up in...the same kind of love that my parents had for each other and that I always longed for in a partner. So, thank you to my parents for showing me what real love is, for always reminding me of what I am worth and what I deserve, and most of all for accepting the woman I love into your home and your hearts.

And of course, thank you to Cindy for being as amazing as she is. There is no other word to describe such a kind-hearted individual who would do anything for anybody. I love her with all my heart! Happy Anniversary Babe!

My Halloween Costume

Here is a couple of pictures of me dressed as a television thief...ahem...a.k.a my next door neighbor.
