Happy Birthday Daddy!!!

I apologize for the belated birthday blog posting, but I have been feeling under the weather the last few days. I'm just now starting to feel a little bit better. So, my dear father, Cindy and I hope that you had a very, happy birthday. We apologize that we couldn't make it to your BBQ and we promise to make it up to you. We love you very much! Happy 55th to the greatest father ever!!!

You guys are going to think I'm crazy but I finally know what it feels like to want a child. I'm not talking about a real, human child. I'm referring to a puppy child...lol. I was going through old pictures today and found pics of Jolie and Apollo as puppies. The picture of Jolie is literally the first day that I had her. The puppy pic of Apollo is about two weeks after I got him (I misplaced the CD that has his baby pics on it...don't worry though, I'll find it and post it). I also added their adult pics right after their puppy pics. I WANT A 3rd PUPPY!!! They grow up too fast :(

Last Day of Vacation

Cindy and I are verrrrrrrrrrry sad. Today was our last day of vacation. We did have a nice, relaxing vacation, but we hate to go back to work and leave the dogs. Well, we hate to go back to work overall, but it sucks even more that we have to leave the dogs by themselves. Here is a picture of Cindy enjoying her time in the pool.

The other night, our friend Steph came over for a few drinkies with us. We had tons of fun and we all tried on Stacee's son's lifejacket (ummm yeah...he is 4 years old). Steph got it on with no problem at all, I got it on with a little help from Cindy and then felt the need to rub the chest of the lifejacket, and Cindy...well, Cindy couldn't get it zipped over her huge, mountainous region...lol. That's proof that it doesn't always pay off to have big boobs! Here are some pics for your entertainment!

Puppy Love Pictures

Here are some pics from Tuesday and Wednesday. It shows all the puppy love that the kids got. The first pic is of Apollo with Cindy's boot. Apollo is OBSESSED with shoes/sandals! If it's around, and you're not paying attention, the little fucker will run away with it! However, it's not that he likes to eat them...he loves to SNUGGLE with footwear...lol.

Hey everyone,

I deleted the post of my car because some freakin' weirdo made a comment on it and it freaked me out because I didn't know how to erase JUST a comment. He said something about visiting his page, clickin on his ads, and he makes 8 cents per ad that gets clicked on. I didn't want anyone to get sucked into it so I deleted the whole post. Sorry it's been a while...

Hola everyone! Sorry that I haven't posted in a while. We are on vacation this week, but we have been busy every day since the vacation started. On Sunday, we had some friends over to the pool just to relax and have some drinks. On Monday morning we dropped my little orange whip at the body shop so that Sydney the Sentra can get repaired. Then I had my first day of class from 10am-1pm. It's the second class that I'm taking over the summer, but it will help me get my Accounting degree even faster. When I got home from class, we did a ton of laundry, cleaned the house, and then we went out to have Mai Tais with Cindy's Mom. Mmmmm...Christy LOVES Mai Tais!!! On Tuesday my friend Stacee, her sons Ryan and Tyler, Brendan, Samantha, and Cindy's nephew Matthew all came over. We volunteered to have Bren, Sam, and Matthew sleep over our house until Wednesday afternoon. We were definitely a little bit nervous because we were going from zero kids to three kids, but we had a ton of fun and the kids were really, really good. The day consisted of a jumping contest between Brendan and Stacee, cooking dinner on the grill, late night swimming until 9pm, "make your own sundae" night, and then we all settled down in the living room to watch Open Season. Samantha was the first one to pass out and then Tyler was quick to follow. Apollo then decided that he was going to crash ON TOP of poor Tyler.

Stacee and her kids left around midnight and we decided that it was time for the little ones to go to bed. Brendan crashed downstairs on the couch (originally so that Matthew and Samantha could have their own rooms). Matt decided that he didn't want to sleep alone, so Samantha invited him to sleep in her bed. I told Brendan he could sleep upstairs, but he already discovered that the TV was ALL his, so he declined my offer.

The kids woke us up around 7:45am and they were READY to go!!! I made them french toast for breakfast and then we all changed into our bathing suits. The kids jumped right into the pool even though it was a little bit chilly. It started to rain so we all came inside, changed, and settled in to watch some more movies. Samantha and Matt flipped a coin to decide if we were going to watch Scooby-Doo or Monsters, Inc. Samantha won, so we ended up watching Scooby-Doo first. The movie ended around lunchtime and Cindy came up with the idea to order pizza. Since Samantha doesn't like pizza, we made her french fries and a tuna fish sandwich.

After lunch, we watched a little bit of TV and decided that it was probably best to bring the kids home. I checked the weather online and the rain wasn't going to let up, so we knew they wouldn't be able to go back into the pool. I went upstairs and helped Samantha pack up (the girl literally brought everything from her room at home...haha). Cindy loaded all the stuff into her truck and off they went. I stayed home with Matthew and we decided to watch Monsters Inc. He fell asleep 10 minutes into the movie AND so did I!!! LOL. Cindy came home and I didn't even hear the door open!!! We woke up, watched the rest of the movie, and then Cindy played some race car games with him on Playstation until his Mom came to get him around 4:30.

It was a very LONG day! The kids were very, very good but Cindy and I have decided that children are not in the future for us! Our doggies are our children and we love our nieces and nephews very much!!! We CRASHED after all the kids were gone. I woke up around 8:30pm, watched the Sox game, and did homework. Cindy didn't wake up until 10:30pm!!! Even after our power nap, we went to bed around midnight and slept until 10am this morning. Our asses were WIPED out!!! Needless to say, the rest of our vacation is going to be RELAXATION time!!!

Here are some more pics from Wednesday. Cindy thought it would be funny to do a slow-motion "aggressive" swimmer. Stacee decided to do the "dead man floating". And towards the end of the night Stacee and I decided to have some fun playing "dress-up" with our towels. The first pic is of a "blonde" and a "redhead" admiring the other one's hair. The second pic is of the two virgin Marys. The sad part is...all of these pics were taken without any of us consuming more than one alcoholic beverage. Therefore, these are ALL sober pictures!

Fun with Mr. Seahorse!!!

When Stacey and Brian came over on Sunday with the kids, they brought Mr. Seahorse, a HUGE, inflatable seahorse. Well, we had a little bit of fun with Mr. Seahorse today. I was off all day and invited my friend Stacee, her husband Chris and her kids over for some pool fun. Stacee got this idea to jump off the diving board and try to land on Mr. Seahorse. Cindy and Chris had to work until 5ish so they showed up later. However, we forced them to try to ride Mr. Seahorse. Out of Stacee, Cindy, Chris and Me...only Me and Chris could successfully land on Mr. Seahorse. Here are a bunch of pics for ya!

Needless to say, Mr. Seahorse was tired after a long day of being jumped on. Here is Cindy showing her sympathy for Mr. Seahorse. He is now resting peacefully in our basement until the next time.
